Refund policy

An items in only eligible for returns if it is deemed defective! If you receive a defective item it needs to be reported within 72 hours of being received and it must be NWT and in new condition. This can be a case by case situation, I never want you to feel stuck with an item you hate and I always try and do right by my customers but some things are harder to pinpoint root cause when we are out of that 3 day window!
